رواية التابعي عن الصحابي المبهم بين القبول والرد

الملخص
يهتم هذا البحث ببيان مسألة دقيقة من مسائل علوم الحديث؛ ذلك أن المسلمين متفقون على عدالة الصحابة، وعلى أن الصحابي المبهم عدلٌ. ولكن عند الكلام على اتصال الإسناد أو انقطاعه تبرز هذه المسألة فهل هذا المبهم صحابيٌ أم ذلك ظنٌّ من التابعي، وإذا كان صحابيًّا فهل رواية التابعي عنه سماعًا أم أنه أرسل الحديث عنه وحمل ذلك عنه بالعنعنة؛ فالبحث يفرِّق بين ما إذا كانت الرواية بالسماع فغالب العلماء على القول باتصال الإسناد، وبين ما إذا كان التابعي روى بالعنعنة فذهب علماء إلى الحكم بالاتصال، وذهب آخرون إلى عدم الاتصال، وفي كلام بعضهم ما يشير إلى قبولها من كبار التابعين دون صغارهم، وقد خلص البحث إلى أن رواية التابعي عن الصحابي بالعنعنة لا يحكم باتصالها مطلقًا ولا بالانقطاع مطلقًا بل هناك قرائن إن وجدت تقوى القول بالاتصال مثل: كون التابعي الراوي عن الصحابي المبهم من كبار التابعين، وكون التابعي غير مدلِّس، وعدم مخالفة الحديث لغيره مما هو أقوى منه. This research is concerned with clarification of one of prophetic tradition critical issues, as Muslims are agreed on companions uprightness, and that the ambiguous companion is upright. But when discussing the connected or disconnected chain of transmission, this issue shall come to light, whether this ambiguous is a companion or it is the follower assumption, and if he was a companion, the follower transmission was heard or did he send the Hadith on his behalf by Ananh. This research differentiates between transmission on hearing as most scholars followed the connected chain of transmission, and the follower transmitting by Ananh, as some scholars followed the connected chain, and the others went to the disconnected, and some of their talking indicates the acceptance of that from the greatest followers only. The research concluded that the follower transmitting from the companion by Ananh should not be ruled as absolutely connected or disconnected chain, but there are indications that, if applicable, shall support the view of connected chain such as: the follower transmitting from the ambiguous companion must be a great, he must not be fraudulent, and the Hadith shall not inconsistent with other stronger Hadith.
