الجرح المردود عند نقاد الحديث

الملخص
هذا البحث يلقي الضوء على مسألة مهمة من مسائل الجرح والتعديل، وهي مسألة الجرح المردود عند نقاد الحديث، وقد عالج البحث ثلاثة أنواع من الجرح المردود عند نقاد الحديث: النوع الأول: ما يتعلق الرد فيه بالجارح من حيث عدم أهليته للنقد، أو تشدده، أو ضعفه، أو بينه وبين المجروح حسد أو خلاف. النوع الثاني: ما يتعلق بالمجروح من حيث شهرته وعدالته، وثبوت رجوعه عن الجرح، أو يكون المقصود غيره. النوع الثالث: ما يتعلق بالجرح من حيث كونه غير جرح أصلا، أو عدم ثبوته، أو كونه مبهما. واشتملت الخاتمة على نتائج البحث وثمراته. This research sheds light on the important issue of the criticism in Hadeeth and the amendment issues. It is the issue of the rejected criticism by Hadeeth critics. The research has focused on three types of the rejected criticism by Hadeeth critics: Type I: when the criticism is related to the criticized person in terms of eligibility for criticism, or his rigor, weakness, or an envy or problems between him and the criticized and so on. Type II: when the criticism is related to the criticized person in terms of fame and fairness, and evidence of his return from the criticism or when the intended is another person. Type III: when the criticism is considered to be not a criticism in the first place, or not to be proven, or being vague. The conclusion included the research results and its usefulness ,,,
