حكم الالتزام بأحكام التجويد في تلاوة القرآن بين الوجوب والاستحباب دراسة فقهية مقارنة

الملخص
الملخص: من مظاهر عناية الله وحفظه لكتابه الكريم أن هيّأ له من هذه الأمّة من يقوم على حفظه وتحفيظه، والاشتغال به قراءة وتدبّرا وفهما وعملا، وتعدّ مسألة الالتزام بقواعد التّجويد وأحكامه من المسائل المطروحة حديثا، ذلك أنّك تجد في مؤلّفات المعاصرين من يجزم بوجوب الالتزام بقواعد القراءة والتّجويد دون تفريق بين مايعصم بها القارئ نفسه من الوقوع في اللّحن الجليّ، وبين باقي الأحكام والقواعد، ويسوق لإثبات ذلك جملة من الأدلّة العامّة في موضوع المسألة، كما تجد من يجنح إلى القول بالاستحباب دون الوجوب، لعدم النصّ وإعمالا لأصل براءة الذمّة حتى يرد الدّليل. والمتفحص لأدلّة الفريقين بعين الانصاف يجزم أنّ القول بالاستحباب أعدل وأقوم، لعدم الدّليل الموجب، ولكون أدلّة الموجبين محلّ نظر، وأقصى ماتدلّ عليه طلب التمهّل والتدبّر، والعناية بالمعاني واتباع ما جاء فيه. Reading and arguing without distinguishing between what protects the reader himself from falling into obvious confusion, and the rest of the rules and rules, and comes with a number of general evidence in the subject matter to prove this, and find those who say by infaring and not obligatory, because the evidence is not available originally patented until the evidence is proven Anyone who examines the evidence of the two groups fairly asserts that the statement of the invocation is fairer and I do, for lack of positive evidence, and because the evidence of the positive is considered, and the maximum evidence of the request for slowness and management, and to take care of the meanings and follow what is said in it.
