الملخص
ملخص البحث: يروم هذا البحث صوغ قراءة تحليلية في المنظومة الشرعية والقانونية المؤطرة للغذاء الحلال في الإمارات العربية المتحدة، وقد تأتى له ذلك في أربعة مباحث رئيسة: الأول: في بيان روافد الاحتفاء بالغذاء الحلال بدولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، والثاني: في بيان دور الإفتاء في مجال الغذاء الحلال، والثالث: في بيان دور التوعية الدينية في مجال الغذاء الحلال، والرابع: في بيان التشريع القانوني الإماراتي المؤطر للغذاء الحلال. وكان من نتائج البحث: أنَّ عناية دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة بالغذاء الحلال في نظامها التّشريعيِّ وقوانينها الجارية، مبعثها دوافعُ شرعيةٌ، وصحيّةٌ، واقتصاديةٌ؛ ذلك أن توفير الغذاء الحلال، وصيانة موارده يحفظ على المستهلِك دينه وعافيته، فضلاً عما يدرّ على اقتصاد الدولة من أرباحٍ وفيرةٍ بحكم ازدهار الصناعة الغذائية ورواج سوقها. الكلمات المفتتاحية: الغذاء. الحلال. الشرع. القانون. Summary Halal food in the religious and legal framework, in the UAE (Analytical reading ) This research aims to formulate an analytical reading in the religious and legal framework for halal food in the UAE. This study has been divided into four major investigations: the first: in a statement of the halal food sources in the United Arab Emirates, the second: in the statement of the role of fatwas in the field of halal food, the third: in the statement of the role of religious awareness related to halal food, and the fourth: in the statement of the Emirati legal legislation framed for halal food. One of the results of the research was that the United Arab Emirates care for halal food in its legal system and its current laws are motivated by legitimate, healthy and economic motive. As the provision of halal food and the maintenance of its resources preserve the consumer's debt and well-being, as well as enriching the economy of the country and bringing abundant profits due to the booming food industry and the popularity of its market.
