Abstract Introduction Neuroepithelial dysembryoplastic tumors are grade I benign tumors, typically localized in the suprententorial cortex and usually revealed by drug-resistant epilepsy. Very rare, they represent less than 1% of all brain tumors. Observation We report the case of a child with a neuroepithelial dysembryoplastic tumor revealed by refractory epilepsy, operated with favorable postoperative consequences.
