الملخص
يعتبر الاستثمار في مجال العقار الصناعي جوهر عملية التنمية الاقتصادية، وكثيرا ما تثور نزاعات الاستثمار بين الدولة المضيفة والمستثمرين الأجانب ، وقد يفشل قضاء الدولة المضيفة في إنصاف حقوق المستثمر الأجنبي ، مما يوجب اللجوء إلى التحكيم الدولي بوصفه وسيلة ودية محايدة لتسوية المنازعات التي تنشأ عن مثل هذه العقود بما يتلاءم مع طبيعتها ، حيث تهدف الدراسة إلى توضيح منازعات العقار الصناعي بالجزائر وعلاقتها بالتحكيم الدولي كطريق بديل لتسوية المنازعات.
