الملخص
هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن الجاهزية التنظيمية والتكنولوجية للجامعات السعودية ومستواها للقيام بدورها في دعم الاقتصاد المعرفى وتعزيز التحول الرقمى وفق رؤية المملكة 2030، ويتفرع من هذا الهدف الأهداف الآتية: التعرف على أبرز التحديات والمعوقات التنظيمية والتكنولوجية التي تعوق قيام الجامعات بدورها تجاه عملية التحول الرقمى واقتصاد المعرفة، وكيفية التغلب عليها، اقتراح إطار متكامل لتفعيل الدور التنظيمى والتكنولوجى للجامعات لدعم اقتصاد المعرفة وتعزيز التحول الرقمى وفق رؤية 2030، اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفى التحليلى لموضوع الدراسة، بالإضافة إلى المنهج الاستقرائي، وقد استند البحث في جانبه التطبيقى إلى تحليل نتائج استمارة الاستبانة المعدة لتحقيق هدف البحث، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أنه توجد علاقة ذات دلالة معنوية بين الجاهزية التنظيمية والتكنولوجية للجامعات ودعم اقتصاد المعرفة وتعزيز عملية التحول الرقمى، الإستثمار المعرفي لا يكتمل إلا مع تحول مخرجات البحث العلمي إلى منتجات معرفية وإنتقالها إلى صناعات قائمة ومنتجات قابلة للتسوق. Abstract: The study aimed at revealing the organizational and technological readiness of Saudi universities and their level to play their role in supporting the knowledge economy and promoting digital transformation according to the Kingdom's Vision 2030. This objective is subdivided into the following objectives: Identifying the main organizational and technological challenges and constraints that impede universities' role in the process of digital transformation and knowledge economy, and how to overcome them. Propose an integrated framework to activate the organizational and technological role of universities to support the knowledge economy and promote digital transformation according to Vision 2030. The study relied on the descriptive analytical method of the study subject, in addition to the inductive method.The research was based on the analysis of the results of the questionnaire form prepared to achieve the goal of the research, and the study found that there is a significant relationship between the organizational and technological readiness of universities and support the knowledge economy and promote the process of digitization, Knowledge investment can only be completed as scientific research outputs turn into knowledge products and move into existing industries and marketable products.
