الملخص

يعد الجاحظ من الأدباء الذين خلّدوا ذكرهم على الساحة الأدبية بفعل أعمالهم التي تعد من أهم المصادر في كثير من الحقول المعرفية، ولعل حقل تحليل الخطاب الذي نخوض في غماره من أبرز الاتجاهات التي وجدت مناها بين طيات أعمال الجاحظ، والنص الذي نحن بصدد دراسته هو نص "ينتمي نوعيا إلى ما يمكن تسميته بالمفاخرة، هذا النوع من أنواع الخطاب الذي انتقل من مقام الخطابة الشفاهية إلى مقام الكتابة الترسلية" والذي يعمد صاحبه من خلاله إلى إثبات قضية ظلت محطّ نقاش بين الكثير من الأدباء والعلماء والخطباء وغيرهم من أرباب علوم الكلام، وهي قضية الصمت ونظيره الكلام أية مكانة لأحدهما على الآخر بين الناس. Argumentation in the Literary Text A Message in Favour of Speech over Silence, El Djahidh as a Sample Abstract Al-Jahidh is considered one of the most important sources in many fields of knowledge. Perhaps the field of analysis of the discourse we are conducting is one of the most prominent trends found between Al-Jahidh's works’ folds. The text, we are about studying, is the text that "qualitatively belongs to what can be called boasting, this kind of discourse that has shifted from the verbal rhetoric status to the literary writing status", through which the author relies on to prove the issue that has been the subject of discussion among many of the writers, scientists, speakers and other lords of speech science. It is the issue of silence and its counterpart speech any status for one of them among people.
