المسؤولية الاجتماعية للجامعات الفلسطينية وعلاقتها بالتنمية المستدامة

الملخص
ملخص الدراسة: هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة واقع المسؤولية الاجتماعية في الجامعات الفلسطينية، ومستوى التنمية المستدامة فيها ومعيقاتها، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في دراسته. وكانت ابرز النتائج: أن رسالة الجامعة وأهدافها تتوافق مع أهداف وقيم المجتمع، وتحترم عادات وتقاليد المجتمع وتشارك في أعمال تطوعية لخدمة المجتمع، وأنه يوجد رضا عن ما يتقاضاه العاملون من رواتب وبدرجة متوسطة من استجابات المبحوثين، فيما أنه يوجد نقابة للموظفين تدافع عن حقوقهم وبدرجة ضعيفة من استجابات المبحوثين، وأنه يوجد شراكة بين مراكز البحث في الجامعة ومؤسسات المجتمع. فيما أوصت الدراسة بعدة توصيات كان أبرزها: ضرورة العمل على تعديل رواتب الموظفين وبما يتلاءم مع الظروف الاقتصادية للشعب الفلسطيني، والعمل على أيجاد نقابة للموظفين تدافع عن حقوقهم. وتوفير الحوافز التشجيعية في الجامعة لخدمة المجتمع، والاهتمام بتوجيه الطلبة نحو المسؤولية المجتمعية، وتوعيتهم لأهمية التنمية المستدامة من خلال صفحة الجامعة الالكترونية. وضرورة أن تدعم الجامعة البرامج والخطط التي تحد من الفقر في المجتمع وتشجيع الموظفين على دعم حملات التوعية للتنمية المستدامة. الكلمات المفتاحية: المسؤولية الاجتماعية، التنمية، التنمية المستدامة، الاستدامة. Abstract: The study aimed to investigate the reality of social responsibility in Palestinian Universities, and the level of sustainable development and its obstacles. The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach in his study. The study concluded to a set of results, the most important are: The University's mission and objectives are in line with the goals and values of the society,it respects the customs and traditions of the community and participate in voluntary work to serve the community, and that there is satisfaction with the salaries of workers and a moderate degree of responses of the respondents, while there is a union of employees defending their rights and a low degree of responses of respondents, There is a partnership between the university's research centers and the community institutions. The study recommended several recommendations, most prominent: The need to work on adjusting the salaries of employees in accordance with the economic conditions of the Palestinian people, and to create a union of employees to defend their rights. Providing incentives in the university to serve the community, and interest in guiding students towards social responsibility, and awareness of the importance of sustainable development through the university's website. The University should support programs and plans that reduce poverty in the society and encourage staff to support awareness campaigns for sustainable development. key words: Social Responsibility, Development, Sustainable Development, Sustainability
