الملخص
ملخص: العنف ضد المرأ ة معقَّد ومتنوع في مظاهره . وهذا التنوع في حد ذاهت يثبت أن العنف ليس غير قابل للتغير ولا هو محتوم. فالأحوا ل التي تمكِّن من ممارسة العنف ضد المرأة أحوال تنتجها الأوضاع الاجتماعية. مما يؤدي إلى قابلية الطريقة الناتجة عنه إلى التحول. غير أنه، وإذا توفَّرت الإرادة السياسية اللازمة وخصصت الموار د اللازمة مع ضما ن تمتع النساء بكل حقوقهن الإنسانية، أمكن تقليل العنف ضد المرأة وفي النهاية القضاء عليه. Résumé : La violence contre les femmes est complexe et en même temps diverse dans ses manifestations. Cette diversité en soi prouve que la violence peut être aussi bien modifiable qu’inévitable. Les conditions donnant lieu à cette violence surgissent du milieu social. D’où sa variabilité. Mais, en présence d’une volonté politique réelle avec l’attribution des ressources nécessaires, et de garantir aux femmes la jouissance de leurs droits, il serait possible de réduire la violence contre elles, voire l'éliminer Abstract : Violence against women is complex and at the same time diverse in its manifestations. This diversity in itself proves that violence can be both modifiable and inevitable. The conditions giving rise to this violence arise from the social milieu. Hence its variability. But, in the presence of real political will with the allocation of the necessary resources, and to guarantee women the enjoyment of their rights, it would be possible to reduce the violence against women, or even eliminate it.
