تأثير العولمة الاقتصادية على التكتلات الاقتصادية الاقليمية

الملخص
الملخص : تهدف هذه الدراسة الى إبراز أنماط متعددة في التنظيم الدولي من، أبرزها المنظمات الإقليمية كأسلوب جديد في هيكلة العلاقات الدولية مما أنتج عدة تغييرات في المسارات الاقتصادية والسياسية والاجتماعية و الثقافية للدول مما دفع دول التجمع الإقليمي إلى السعي نحو التكامل الاقتصادي لاعتبار هذا الأخير مؤشرا من مؤشرات قوة الدولة خاصة بعد انتهاء الحرب الباردة، و انتصار القيـم الرأسمالية. إلا أن ظاهرة العولمة تزامنت مع محاولة المنظمات الإقليمية الاقتصادية الدخول في مرحلة تكاملها الاقتصادي مما أثر على العملية التكاملية فيما بينها، وأصبح التنافس بين إقليمية الدول و بين عولمتها الشيء الذي أدى إلى وجود تعارض بين النظامين الإقليمي والعالمي، فالتكامل الاقتصادي الإقليمي لا بد أن يتحقق داخل دول الاتحاد الإقليمي، بينما تسعى العولمة الاقتصادية إلى تحرير التجارة عالميا وفك الاطر الاقتصادية الاقليمية. Résumé : Cette étude vise à mettre en évidence plusieurs types d’organisations internationales, notamment les organisations régionales, comme une nouvelle méthode structurant les relations internationales, laquelle a engendré plusieurs changements dans la politique économique, sociales et culturelles des pays, poussant ainsi les pays de se concentrer régionalement vers l’intégration économique du fait que cette dernière est considérée comme un indice da puissance de l’’Etat, particulièrement après la fin de la guerre froide et le triomphe des valeurs du capitalisme. Or, le phénomène de la mondialisation a coïncidé avec la tentative des organisations économiques régionales d’entrer vers une étape d’intégration économique, qui affectèrent le processus d’intégration entre Etats et , par conséquent, il est devenu une rivalité entre les Etats régionaux et la mondialisation, laquelle a conduit à l’existence d’un conflit entre le système régional et la mondialisation économique embrassant la liberté commerciale et la disjonction des groupements économiques régionales. Abstract: This study aims highlighting several types of international organization, notably regional organization, as a new method structuring international relation, which has produced several changes in the economic political, social and cultural tracks of countries, prompting regional assembly countries to seek economic integration. Especially after the end of the Cold war and the triumph of the values of capitalism. But the phenomenon of globalization coincided with the attempt of regional economic organization to enter the stage of economic integration, which affected the process of integration among them and became a rivalry between regional States and globalization, which led to the existence of a conflict between the regional system and the global regional economic integration must be achieved with in the countries of the regional union while seeking economic globalization to liberalize trade globally, and the dismantling of regional economic frameworks.
