انعكاسات الاندماج الإعلامي على الهوية المهنية للصحفي

الملخص
تشهد صناعة الإعلام المحترف في عصر الميديا الجديدة تحولات غير مسبوقة على جميع المستويات، ترجع هذه التحولات في الأساس إلى الاندماج الإعلامي الذي يعبر عن ذوبان الحدود الفاصلة بين وسائل الإعلام والاتصال بما يتضمنه ذلك من أبعاد تكنولوجية واقتصادية وثقافية. إن هذه الخاصية الرئيسية التي تميز تكنلوجيا الإعلام والاتصال، وفرت لممارسي مهنة الإعلام فرص نوعية للارتقاء بمستوى المهنة، ولكن بالمقابل وضعت مهنتهم أمام تحديات بلغت حدود تماهي هويتهم المهنية، فلم يعد الصحفي المحترف المنتمي إلى مؤسسة إعلامية والتي تخضع لقانون الدولة التي تعمل بها المنتج والمرسل الوحيد للمواد الإعلامية بل ظهر من يشاركه هذه المهمة ويقاسمه تقاليد مهنته وهو المواطن الصحفي، من هنا تأتي هذه الدراسة لترصد انعكاسات هذا الاندماج الإعلامي على الهوية المهنية للصحفيين، وتبرز أهم الأثار الايجابية والسلبية لهذا الاندماج على الممارسة الصحفية المحترفة. الكلمات المفتاحية: الصحفي، الهوية المهنية، الاندماج الإعلامي، الممارسة المهنية. The professional media industry in the new media era is undergoing unprecedented transformations at all levels, these changes are mainly due to media integration which expresses the melting boundaries dividing between media and communication including technological, economic and cultural dimensions. This main characteristic of media and communication technology has provided to practitioners of the edia profession quality opportunities to raise the level of the media profession, but in return put their profession in front of challenges that amounted to the limits of the identity of their professional identity, so that a professional journalist belonging to a media institution, which is subject of the law of the country in which the producer operates and is the only sender of media materials intended for public or specialized consumption, this professional journalist is no longer the exclusive executor of the policy of his media establishment, but appears who participates in this task and shares the traditions of his profession it is the citizen journalist,This study is intended to monitor the impact of this media integration on the professional identity of journalists, and highlights most important positive and negative effects of this integration are in professional journalistic practice.
