الملخص

الملخص: تهدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى إدراك مسؤولي الإدارة لمستوى تطبيق معايير ضمان جودة التعليم العالي بجامعة باتنة 1-2، وذلك من خلال استطلاع آراء عينة من المسؤولين الإداريين، حول خمسة محاور: الإدارة، الأستاذ، الطالب، المناهج الدراسية، الإمكانيات المادية. وقد أوضحت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة موافقة أفراد عينة الدراسة حول مدى إدراك مسؤولي الإدارة لمستوى تطبيق معايير ضمان جودة التعليم عالية يبقى الاشكال في ضرورة الاهتمام بالاتصال الفعال والمشاركة كعوامل أساسية للتخفيف من حدة مقاومة التغيير. Abstract: The aim of the study was to identify the extent to which management officials realized the level of application of the quality assurance standards of higher education at the University of Batna 1-2, by surveying the views of a sample of administrative officials, about five axes: Management, professor, student, teaching curriculum, material resources. The results of the study showed that the degree of approval of the study sample members on the extent to which management officials understand the level of implementation of the standards of quality assurance of education remains high in the forms of the need to pay attention to effective communication and participation as key factors to mitigate resistance to change. .
