الملخص
ملخص لقد ارتبط النظام السياسي بمراحل إنشاء وتعديل الدساتير التي شكلت مبادئ المجتمع وقيم ثورة نوفمبر ومبادئ الشريعة الإسلامية، لكن تنظيم السلطات وتوزيع الاختصاصات شابته الكثير من النقائص، نتجت عنها أيضا اختلالات في النصوص القانونية والتنظيمية، أدت بدورها إلى التجاوز على القانون ولو بتطويعه، وسهلت من ارتكاب المخالفات والمفاسد التي طالت تسيير الشأن العام والمال العام. فبعد دستور 1963 الذي لم يكتب له الاستمرار، اقتضى اعتناق النظام الاشتراكي تجسيده في دستور ملائم له هو دستور 1976، ومنه انتخاب الرئيس من لون وحزب سياسي واحد، ثم أدى حراك أكتوبر 1988 إلى إنتاج دستور تعددي سنة 1989 لم يحقق المطامح الشعبية، ... وصولا إلى دستور 1996 الذي تعرض إلى تعديلات مشخصنة سيما في تنظيم السلطات وإطلاق قيد العهدات الرئاسية ... أدى إلى تكريس الفساد ونهب المال العام وإفقار الشعب وتعريض البلاد إلى المخاطر، فتفطن الشعب والجيش وقررا مواجهة المعتدين فوقفا جنبا إلى جنب من أجل حماية الأمة وصيانة وحدة الدولة بالقضاء على الفساد والمفسدين، والتأسيس لجزائر ما بعد 22 فبراير 2019 جزائر حرة وشعب حر ...
