الحِسبة ونُظُم الاِدِّعاء العام المعاصرة

الملخص
تُعدُّ الحسبة من الولايات الدينية قوامها الأمر بالمعروف والنهي عن المنكر، شرعت لحفظ أوامر الشارع الحكيم والزجر عن اقتراف نواهيه. بيد أن هناك أنظمة تمارس نفس الوظيفة وهي رقابة الشعب على أعمال السلطة التنفيذية والقضائية ألا وهو نظام المدعي العام في الاتحاد السوفيتي، وكذا المدعي العام المصري باعتبارهما الأداة التي تكفل التوازن بين السلطات الثلاث.
