This study suggests a structural explanation for conflicts of democratic transition of the Arab Spring. It exhibits an empirical framework for testing the assumptions of Structure–Model, which argues that conflict is an impulsive behavior. We suggest the model of structural disharmony, which determines three variables: Anocratic variable, Rent and Stateness Variable. We termed structural harmony their absence, which creates the fit milieu for the settlement .The testing had been realized by the comparison between three cases: Tunisia, Egypt and Syria, proved the presence of these variables, and the absence of serious projects for uprooting them.
