اعادة التدوير كأداة لحماية البيئة في الجزائر

الملخص
يعتبر النمو الاقتصادي أمرا هاما لكن ليس أساسيا لأنه يهدف إلى التوسع في الأسواق بهدف زيادة الاستهلاك وإنتاج السلع، بغض النظر عن الأبعاد البيئية والاجتماعية، وعن تآكل الموارد الطبيعية وتدميرها؛ ومنه تظهر أهمية العمل على تبني وتطبيق نموذج آخر بديل يعرف باقتصاد اعادة التدوير الذي يتيح إعادة استخدام نفس المنتج، أو استخدامه كخدمة ويأخذ في الاعتبار صحة الانسان والبيئة في آن واحد؛ بحيث يتم إعادة استعمال الموارد الطبيعية وترشيد استخدامها، بدلا من مواصلة استهلاكها وهدرها بشكل متسارع ويكون الاقتصاد والبيئة كلاهما رابحين. Economic growth is important but not essential as it aims to expand in markets in order to increase the consumption and production of goods, regardless of the environmental and social dimensions, and the erosion of natural resources and destruction; and it shows the importance of working on the adoption and implementation of the latest model an alternative known as the economy of recycling, which allows re use the same product, or use it as a service and takes into account human health and the environment at the same time; so that the re-use of natural resources and rationalize their use, rather than continue to consume and waste rapidly and the economy and the environment are both winners.
