ﻳﺸﻬﺪ اﻟﻮاﻗﻊ اﻟﻌﺎﳌﻲ اﻟّﺬي ﻧﻌﻴﺸﻪ ﺗﻘﺪما ﰲ ﳎﺎل ﺗﻜﻨﻮﻟﻮﺟﻴﺎ اﳌﻌﻠﻮﻣﺎت و اﻻﺗﺼﺎل، ﻓﻔﻲ ﻛﻞ ﻳﻮم ﻳﻜﺘﺸﻒ اﻟﻌﺪﻳﺪ ﻣﻦ اﻟﻮﺳﺎﺋﻞ و اﻷﺳﺎﻟﻴﺐ اﻟﱵ ﳍﺎ دور ﻓﻌّال في خدمة الإنسان ، و زﻳﺎدة ﻣﻌﻠﻮﻣﺎﺗﻪ وﻣﻌﺎرﻓﻪ ورﻓﻊ ﻣﺴﺘﻮى ﻗﺪراﺗﻪ وﻣﻬﺎراﺗﻪ و ﺣﱴ ﺗﺴﻬﻴﻞ ﻋﻤﻠﻪ و ﳑﺎرﺳﺎﺗﻪ اﻟﻮﻇﻴﻔﻴﺔ ؛ ﻷنّنا ﻧﻌﻴﺶ ﰲ ﻋﺼﺮ ﺗﺴﺎﺑق ﻋﻠﻤﻲ ،وﺻﺮاع تكنولوجي ﺗﻘﺎس ﻓﻴﻪ ﻗوة الأمم بقدر ما تحرزه من تقدّم ﻋﻠﻰ اﳌﺴﺘﻮى العلمي، ﻷنّ اﻟﺘّﻌﻠﻴﻢ ﻣﻦ أﻫﻢ اﳌﻨﻈﻮﻣﺎت اﻟﱵّ ﻳﻘﻮم ﻋﻠﻴﻬﺎ أﺳﺎس أي ﳎﺘﻤﻊ ﰲ اﻟﻌﺎﱂ ، فكل اﻟﺪول اﳌﺘﻘﺪﻣﺔ ﻣﻦ أﺳﺒﺎب ﺗﻘﺪمها اﻫﺘﻤﺎﻣﻬﺎ بالمنظومة التّعليمية، ـوكيفية استخدامها للــﺗﻜﻨﻮﻟﻮﺟﻴﺎ في هذا المجال وهو هدف هذه الورقة البحثية التي أساسها البحث في تكنولوجيا التّعليم نظرا ﻷﳘﻴﺘﻬﺎ ﰲ تطوير اﻟﻌﻠﻢ واﻟﻌﻤﻞ و ﺗﺴﻬﻴﻞ ﻣﺴﺎر العمليّة التّعليمية والتعلّمية و إﺛﺮاﺋﻬﺎ ،و اﻟﺘﺄﺛﲑ ﻋﻠﻰ اﳌﺘﻌﻠﻢ اﻟﺬّي ﻳﻌﺪ ﳏﻮر ﻫﺬﻩ اﻟﻌﻤﻠﻴﺔ و ﻳﺴﺘﻔﻴﺪ ﻣﻨﻬﺎ ﰲ رﻓﻊ ﻣﺴﺘﻮى ﲢﺼﻴﻠﻪ اﻟﻔﻜﺮي واﳌﻌﺮﰲ ، وﺗﺴﻬﻴﻞ وصول اﳌﻌﻠﻮﻣﺔ ﺑﺴﺮﻋﺔ و ﺑﺄﻗﻞ وقت وﺟﻬﺪ. The global reality in which we live is progressing in the field of information technology and communication. Every day we discover many methods and methods that have an effective role in serving the human being and increasing his knowledge ،Knowledge and skills, and even facilitate his work and his work practices. Because we live in an age of scientific race and a technological struggle in which the strength of nations is measured in terms of progress on the scientific level, because education is one of the most important systems on which the foundation of any society in the world, All the developed countries are interested in the educational system and how to use technology in this field. This research paper is based on research in the technology of education because of its importance in the development of science and And to facilitate the process of education and learning and enrichment, and influence on the learner, which is the focus of this process and benefits in raising the level of intellectual and cognitive achievement, and facilitate access to information quickly and with less time and effort.
