تأثير توظيف الوسائل التكنولوجية الحديثة على التحصيل الدراسي للطلبة

الملخص
الملخص تتعدد وسائل التدريس التي يتم استخدامها في التعليم، وقد رافق التطورات العلمية الحديثة ظهور وسائل تكنولوجية متنوعة يمكن الاستفادة منها في التدريس، وهدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى تأثير استخدام هذه الوسائل الحديثة على مستوى التحصيل الدراسي من وجهة نظر المعلمين، وقد تم إجراء الدراسة في مدارس هاي تك في صنعاء ونواكشوط من خلال المقابلات المفتوحة مع المعلمين، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج منها: أن المجتمع المدرسي تأثر بإدخال وسائل التدريس الحديثة في التعليم، وتباينت آراء المعلمين واجاباتهم بين متحمس لاستخدامها وآخرين غير مهتمين بها، وقد أدى استخدامها إلى حدوث تغييرات إيجابية في تحسين مستوى التحصيل الدراسي لدى الطلبة، وتبين أيضاً جود عدد من العوائق التي يعاني منها المجتمع المدرسي ومنها عدم توفر الوسائل والتجهيزات اللازمة لمثل هذه الوسائل التكنولوجية الحديثة ليتسنى للمعلمين استخدامها بشكل فاعل، وكذلك ضعف قدرات بعض المعلمين في استخدامها نتيجة غياب التدريب والتحفيز اللازم لاستخدامها، وخاصة في ظل غياب القرار الاداري المُلزم بإستخدامها، وتم تقديم عدد من التوصيات المفيدة في موضوع البحث بهدف الارتقاء بالمجتمع المدرسي وتحسين مستوى التحصيل العلمي لدى الطلبة. The Impact of Use of Modern Technological Aids on Students' Academic Achievement Abstract Teaching aids that are used in public education have become numerous. Recent scientific developments have led to the emergence of a variety of technological aids that can be used in teaching process. This study aimed at identifying and examining the attitudes of teachers and students. The study was conducted in high tech schools in Sana'a and Nouakchott through open-ended interviews with teachers, students and parents. The results of this study revealed that the school community was affected by the introduction of modern teaching aids into their school life. The teachers’ perceptions varied as some of them were interested in using these aids while others were not interested. The results of the interviews also revealed that the school community suffers from a number of obstacles, such as the lack of means and equipment for such modern technological aids so that teachers can use them effectively, as well as the weakness of some teachers' ability to use them as a result of the lack of training and the necessary motivation for using them, as well as the administrative decision binding for use. In the light of findings, the study has concluded with a number of recommendations that are useful to the subject of the study which will contribute to improving the school community and the level of students’ academic achievement. .
