الملخص
حتى تتمكن الجزائر من حصر النشاطات غير الرسمية والإحصاء الدقيق للقوى العاملة، سطرت برنامجا يهدف إلى الاهتمام أكثر بالقطاع الخاص وبالتحديد المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة واعتبارها من بين أولويات الاستراتيجية التنموية في الجزائر. وسنحاول من خلال دراستنا بناء نموذج قياسي يفسر لنا مدى مساهمة المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في استحداث مناصب شغل، وهو الذي أكدته الدراسة القياسية التي أكدت على وجود علاقة قوية بين المتغيرين وبمعامل تحديد تجاوز 90% (R2=90.90%). كلمات مفتاحية: م ص م، التشغيل، نموذج قياسي تصنيف JEL : L52 ؛ J01؛ C51 Abstract: Until Algeria is capable of inventory of informal activities and the exact statistics of the labor force, has set up a program that aims to pay more attention to the private sector, particularly small and medium-sized enterprises and considered one of the priorities of the development strategy in Algeria. We will try through our study to build a standard model to explain the extent of the contribution of small and medium-sized enterprises in the development of the positions filled, which is confirmed by the standard study confirmed the presence of a strong relationship between the two variables and a gradient determining exceeded 90% (R2=90.90%).
