العلاقة بين الأمن والتنمية في دول الربيع العربي دراسة حالة " الأزمة السورية"

الملخص
يحاول هذا المقال دراسة العلاقة المتبادلة بين الأمن والتنمية، بوصفها أحد أبرز موضوعات الاقتصاد السياسي، إذ ساعدت جملة من المتغيرات على توكيد العلاقة بينهما، نتيجة لعوامل عدة منها تطور مفهومي الأمن والتنمية، وخروجهما عن الإطار التقليدي المادي إلى جوانب الإنسان الأخرى. كما حاولت الدراسة تحليل الوضع في سوريا، وأثر انعدام الأمن فيها منذ 2011 على الأوضاع الاقتصادية والاجتماعية وعلى معدلات التنمية البشرية. Cet article décrit les transformations du contenu des concepts et termes croisés de la sécurité et du développement, ainsi que l’influence des approches sécuritaires sur les politiques de développement au Syrie après le déclanchement du printemps arabe . Hélas, celui-ci débouche sur de nouvelles et graves insécurités alimentaires, économiques et sociales. Notre analyse s’ancre dans l’étude d’un cas particulier. This article attempts to examine the interrelationship between security and development, as one of the most prominent topics of political economy, A number of variables have helped to reinforce the relationship between them, as a result of inter alia, the evolution of the concepts of security and development and their departure from the traditional physical framework to other human aspects. The study also attempted to analyze the situation in Syria, and the impact of insecurity in it since 2011 on economic and social conditions and human development rates.
