ملخص: قصد ضمان عدم انحراف المسيرين في شركات الأشخاص فردا كان أو جماعة عن الحدود المرسومة في العقد التأسيسي للشركة أو القانون ،أورد المشرع الجزائري أحكام متميزة من شأنها ضمان حقوق المتعامل مع الشركة، فيما يخص تبيان حدود سلطات المسيرين و مسؤوليتهم المدنية و الجزائية ،ومدى التزام الشركة بأعمالهم في علاقتهم مع الغير حسن النية. الكلمات المفتاحية: شركات الأشخاص ;سلطات المسيرين ;مسؤوليتهم.
