The capital market is considered the major base of economic growth, and a mirror of the national economy, it facilitates the trading of securities represented in the assets, and an effective means tomove savings into investments, the efficiency of this function and the appropriate securities for the needs of the marketachieve the optimal allocation of resources, as well as movethe financial resources of the various rational uses. Accordingly, can we find in the Arab nation a way of financial integration?
