الإعلام بمن أُبهم في عمدة القاري من الأعلام

الملخص
لقد كان من الأمانة العلمية أن يحرص كثير من شراح الأحاديث ـ والإمام بدر الدين العيني واحد منهم ـ على نسبة كلّ قول إلى قائله، سواء ارتضوا ذلك القول أم لم يرتضوه، وسواء تعقّبوه أو سكتوا عنه، وفي ذلك من الفائدة ما لا يخفى، ولكنّ القارئ لعديد من مصنفات العلماء في شرح الحديث يلحظ أيضا أنّ هناك قدرا ليس بالقليل من الأقوال وردت عارية عن نسبتها إلى قائليها، حيث ينسب الشارح قولا إلى قائل ثمّ يبهم أمره، فلا يذكره باسم ولا بكنية، ولا بلقب، وبلا بنسبة، وإنّما يستعمل ألفاظا مبهمة في التعبير عن هذا القائل، أو يضيفه إلى كتابه قائلا: قال صاحب الكتاب الفلاني. ونظرا لكثرة المادّة العلمية التي وجدتها في عمدة القاري بصيغ متعددة وكثيرة، فقد أصبح الأمر يحتاج إلى مؤلّف في جمع هذه المادّة كلّها، ولكنّي اقتصرت في هذا البحث على جمع ما أبهمه الإمام العيني وأضافه إلى كتابه، قائلا: (قال صاحب الكتاب الفلاني)، دون أن يصرّح باسمه في جملة من المواضع في كتابه، ثمّ قد يصرّح باسمه في مواضع وقد لا يفعل، ثمّ محاولة الكشف عن الأسباب التي تدعو الإمام العيني ـ أو غيره من الشرّاح ـ إلى هذا السلوك، والكشف عن الوسائل التي يمكننا استعمالها في إزالة هذا النوع من الإبهام، والتعرّف على أسماء هؤلاء الأعلام. It was out of scientific integrity that Hadith’s expounders – Bader Al-Deen Al-Ayni as one of them – have attributed each saying to its teller, and the benefits in that are huge, but the one who reads a lot of scholars books in expounding Alhadith can notice that there is quite a lot of sayings that was mentioned without their tellers, as the expounder was refereeing a saying to someone but then make it ambiguous by not mentioning his name or nickname, but using ambiguous words to describe this teller, or to add him to his book by saying: The so called book’s owner said. Due to the overabundance of the scientific materials that I have found in “Omdat Al-Qari”, it turned out that an author is required to gather all the materials needed. But I restricted my research on the things which were made ambiguous by Bader Al-Deen Al-Ayni, and were added to his book, by saying: “The author of the so-called book said without disclosing his name in any area of the book, and he sometimes discloses his name in some areas of the book or he doesn’t. and then he tries to uncover the reasons that lead Bader Al-Deen Al-Ayni and other expanders to this behavior and revealing the methods that we can use to remove this kind of ambiguity, and getting to know the names of these luminaries.
