الملخص
خيانة الوطن من أخطر المنكرات التي حذرنا منها نبينا الكريم محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم لخطورتها على الفرد والمجتمع والوطن كونها تشكل اعتداء مباشرا ومؤثرا على الوجود السياسي والاجتماعي والاقتصادي للدول ، ونظرا لقلة الدراسات والبحوث حول موضوع الخيانة في السنة النبوية إن لم نقل انعدامها ، فقد أردنا من خلال هذا المقال بيان مدى اهتمام السنة النبوية بجريمة الخيانة، وبيان الأحاديث النبوية التي تناولتها ، ثم عاقبة ومآلات الخائنين في الدنيا والآخرة، وأخيرا ركزنا على كيفية علاج السنة النبوية لموضوع الخيانة The betrayal of the homeland is one of the gravest evils that our noble Prophet Muhammad warned against its danger. In fact, it can cause many harms on the individual, society and homeland directly. Moreover the influential can also be great on the political, social and economic sides. Thus,because of the lack of studies and research on the subject of treasonin islam. this article shows to what extent the interest of the Sunnah in the crime of treason, and the statement of the Prophet's Hadiths, and the consequences of the traitors in this world and the Hereafter, and finally focused on how the Sunnah deals with this subject
