الملخص
ملخص: يعتبر نظام التأمينات الإجتماعية من بين أهم الأنساق الإجتماعية التي أوجدتها المجتمعات المعاصرة، في مجال الحماية والرعاية الإجتماعية خدمة للفرد والجماعة، وذلك قصد تغطية جانب معين يتمثل في الخطر الذي يمكن أن يهدد حياة الإنسان أو الجماعة البشرية، كما أن التنظيمات الإجتماعية من أنساق المجتمع التي تعمل على توفير هاته الخدمة لصالح أفرادها العاملين في بيئة العمل وخارجها، من حيث إستفادتهم من مزايا التأمين الإجتماعي، وباعتباره حقا من الحقوق التي تكفلها التشريعات الوطنية والمواثيق الدولية. Abstract: The social insurance system is considered as one of the most important social systems that contemporary communities has ever been created in the field of protection and social care services for the individual and the community and in order to cover a particular side that is dangers a human life or the human group. The social organizations of the social system, which are working to provide this service to it’s members of the work environment and beyond, in terms of benefiting from the advantages of social insurance, and these rights date guaranteed by national laws and international covenants.
