Les relations entre les institutions et le marché constituent un des éléments centraux de ce que l’on nomme aujourd’hui le « nouvel institutionnalisme », tant en économie, avec le courant de la « nouvelle économie institutionnaliste qu’en sociologie, avec, principalement, le courant de la sociologie économique. Le problème des anciennes économies planifiées, y compris l’Algérie, est que d’une part ces pays désirent instituer l’économie de marché et d’autre part ils la font avec des institutions dépassées, qui ne correspondent pas aux nouvelles réalités. Ces contradictions vont peser négativement sur l’instauration de l’économie de marché. Abstract The relations between institutions and market establish(constitute) one of the central elements of what we name " new today institutionnalisme ", so much in economy, with the current of the " new economy institutionnaliste that in sociology, with, mainly, the current of the economic sociology. The problem of the former (old) planned economies, including Algeria, is that on one hand these countries wish to establish the market economy and on the other hand they make her(it) with exceeded institutions, which do not correspond to the new realities. These contradictions are negatively going to press on the institution of the market economy.
